Suellen Luz Silva, better known as singer CLARA, is a black artist, born and raised on the outskirts of São Paulo. Clara introduces the world to a new way of consuming music that goes beyond entertainment, she teaches socio-emotional education in her songs and how it can bring motivation, inspiration, help fight anxiety and benefit the lives of those who listen to her music.

 With her project "Music with Consciousness" she has been positively impacting and transforming the lives of women and young people in the peripheral communities of São Paulo.

 

Musical Chronology:

 

2003 -  At the age of 15, he won a scholarship in singing, choir and guitar at the Orestes Sinatra Conservatory where he honed his gifts and honed his talents in music;

 

2006 - At the age of 17, she won a full scholarship to study EVENT MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATION, at ANHEMBI MORUMBI university, where she was recognized by the university for her academic and entrepreneurial efforts with the INOVAÇÃO EMPREENDEDORA award in the STUDENT OF THE YEAR category, for creating a project that allowed her to record her first CD at the university, this award was given to her, together with SEBRAE and the journalist ANA PAULA PADRÃO; 

 

2006 - Started his professional career in music. He began to play in the biggest bars in Vila Olímpia, such as Favela, Dom Corleone, Bali Bar, among others, until he became a captive attraction of the biggest concert halls in São Paulo;

2007 - Started his shows in the LGBTQIA+ scene in São Paulo, playing in the most renowned venues such as Vermont Itaim, Club Z, Bar da Grá, Bubu Lounge, Pride, Vermont República, Espeto de Bambu, Farol Madalena, Espaço Aberto, S/A Club , Tunnel, The L Club, among others;

2010 – Show at Virada Cultural;
